You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity under your account. An account is required to complete checkout so that we can associate your order history, invoices, and shipment tracking with you.
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately; however, handwoven textiles can have natural variation, and screen colours may differ slightly from the physical product. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST where shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed (for online payments) or once placed (for Cash on Delivery, where offered). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Online payments are processed via Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials. Where Cash on Delivery is offered, payment is collected in cash by our courier partner at the time of delivery.
We ship across India via third-party courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed; delays due to courier operations, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not our liability. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier's designated recipient.
